Today Hallmark Channel premiered the new season of Who Let The Dogs Out featuring the famous skateboarding bulldog Tillman and his K-9 friends Norman the Scooter Dog, Rose, Wally, & Sully. The new season brings new adventures with Tillman and his owner Ron.
